  • How do I place an order?
    • Follow our easy to navigate ordering process by clicking on the item you are interested in purchasing and follow the steps to complete your payment and place your order.

  • What are your 'Condition' Definitions?
    • New with Tags - Item is Brand New, never been worn with tag on item
    • New without Tags - Item is Brand New, never been worn but tag is missing
    • Gently Worn/Like New - Item has been worn but there is no visible wear on item and looks new
    • Gently Worn - Item has been worn and there is some slight wear visible, if wear is significant or visible it will be called out in the description
    • Worn - Item has been worn and there is wear.  Wear may also include remnants of perfume fragrance. Item pricing has been adjusted to reflect wear. 

 

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    • All accepted payment methods are listed at the bottom of our website, we also accept Venmo and Paypal.  Please reach out to us at sales@kapraykloset.com if your preferred payment method is not visible or if you would like to pay via Zelle.

 

  • Do you offer Free Shipping?
    • Yes, your order will automatically be eligible for free shipping once your cart total exceeds $250.

 

    • What is your return policy?
      • In order to keep our costs low and to provide you with the best possible prices on resale Pakistani and Indian clothing and accessories, we do not accept any returns.  Please review the listing in detail before placing your order.

     

    • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
      • Your order will be shipped within 3-5 days from the date your purchase is made, you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 days from shipping date.  We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS or Fedex).

     

    • Do you offer international shipping?
      • At this time we do not ship internationally.

     

    • How do I track my order?
      • Once your order has been placed, you will be provided a tracking number within 3-6 business days.
